欢迎使用「宝贝书架」（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由知社管理咨询（北京）有限公司（以下简称“我们”）开发和运营。请您在注册前仔细阅读本协议，勾选同意即表示您已阅读、理解并接受本协议全部条款。
一、服务内容
本应用为家庭提供童书管理服务，包括：扫码录入与管理家庭藏书、记录亲子阅读、基于人工智能生成的图书评估与阅读计划、家庭成员间的数据共享。
二、账号
1. 您可以使用手机号（验证码）、邮箱或微信登录注册账号。您应对账号下的活动负责，并妥善保管验证码与密码。
2. 使用微信登录时，我们会获取您的微信开放标识以及您授权的头像与昵称，用于创建或绑定账号并在应用内显示。您可以随时在微信中解除授权，具体见《隐私政策》。
3. 一个家庭可由多个账号通过邀请码组成，家庭成员共享同一书架数据（藏书、阅读记录、孩子档案）。请仅向您信任的家庭成员提供邀请码。
4. 您应确保注册信息真实有效。如手机号 / 邮箱不再使用，请及时更换绑定，否则可能无法找回账号。
5. 您可以通过应用内入口或联系我们注销账号。注销后，您的账号及家庭数据（若家庭中无其他成员）将被删除。
三、儿童信息
1. 本应用面向家长使用，不面向儿童直接提供服务。
2. 您在应用内填写的孩子昵称、生日等信息，仅用于计算适读年龄、生成阅读计划和记录阅读情况。您作为孩子的监护人，对是否填写、填写何种信息有完全的控制权；昵称无需使用真实姓名。
四、人工智能生成内容
1. 本应用中的图书评估（适读年龄、能力评估、共读建议等）由人工智能联网检索并生成，仅供参考，不构成教育或专业建议。
2. 生成内容可能存在错误或偏差。如您发现明显不当的内容，可通过应用内「报告问题」反馈，我们会核实并修正。
3. 图书评估为全体用户共享的公共数据，不包含任何特定家庭或儿童的信息。
五、用户行为规范
您承诺不利用本应用从事违法违规活动，包括但不限于：上传违法、侵权或不适宜的图片；恶意刷取短信验证码；干扰服务正常运行；未经授权访问他人家庭数据。违反者我们有权限制或终止其账号。
六、用户上传内容
您上传的图书封面照片，经审核后可能作为该图书的公共封面向全体用户展示。您应确保上传内容不侵犯他人权利。藏书位置照片仅您的家庭可见。
七、服务变更与终止
我们持续改进服务，功能可能调整。如服务将整体终止，我们会提前 30 天通知，并在合理期限内提供数据导出途径。
八、免责声明
1. 本应用按“现状”提供服务。因不可抗力、网络故障、第三方服务（短信、微信登录、AI 服务等）中断导致的服务不可用，我们不承担由此造成的间接损失。
2. 图书信息（书名、作者、出版社等）部分来自公开书目数据库，可能存在错误，仅供参考。
九、协议变更
我们可能适时修订本协议。重大变更会在应用内显著位置提示，修订后继续使用即视为接受。您也可以随时在本页面查看最新版本。
十、法律适用与争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，提交北京市有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

KidShelf — Terms of Service
Welcome to KidShelf (宝贝书架, “the App”), developed and operated by 知社管理咨询（北京）有限公司 (“we”, “us”). Please read these Terms before registering. Ticking the agreement box means you have read, understood and accepted all of these Terms.
1. The Service
KidShelf helps families manage children's books: scanning and cataloguing the books you own, logging shared reading, AI-generated book insights and reading plans, and sharing all of it among family members.
2. Accounts
1. You may register with a phone number (verification code), an email address, or WeChat sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
2. If you use WeChat sign-in, we receive your WeChat open identifiers and the avatar and nickname you authorise, in order to create or link your account and display them in the App. You may revoke the authorisation in WeChat at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
3. A family can be formed by several accounts joining with an invite code, and family members share the same bookshelf data (books, reading logs, child profiles). Share the invite code only with family members you trust.
4. Please keep your registration details valid. If a phone number or email address is no longer in use, update it in time — otherwise account recovery may be impossible.
5. You can delete your account through the in-app option or by contacting us. On deletion, your account and — if no other member remains — your family's data are deleted.
3. Children
1. The App is intended for use by parents and guardians; it does not provide services directly to children.
2. Child nicknames, birthdays and similar details you enter are used only to compute age fit, generate reading plans and record reading. As the guardian you have full control over whether and what to enter; a real name is never required.
4. AI-Generated Content
1. Book insights in the App (age fit, ability assessment, shared-reading suggestions) are generated by AI with web search and are provided for reference only; they are not educational or professional advice.
2. Generated content may contain errors or bias. If you find something clearly inappropriate, report it with the in-app “Report a problem” option and we will verify and correct it.
3. Book insights are public data shared by all users and contain no information about any particular family or child.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful or improper activity, including but not limited to: uploading unlawful, infringing or inappropriate images; abusing verification-code delivery; disrupting the service; or accessing another family's data without authorisation. We may restrict or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Content You Upload
A book-cover photo you upload may, after review, be shown to all users as that book's public cover. You confirm your uploads do not infringe the rights of others. Shelf-location photos remain visible only to your family.
7. Changes to and Termination of the Service
We keep improving the service, so features may change. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give 30 days' notice and provide a reasonable way to export your data.
8. Disclaimer
1. The App is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by unavailability arising from force majeure, network failure, or interruption of third-party services (SMS, WeChat sign-in, AI services, and the like).
2. Some book metadata (title, author, publisher) comes from public bibliographic databases, may contain errors, and is provided for reference only.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced prominently in the App, and continued use after a revision means you accept it. The current version is always available on this page.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court at Beijing.
